About the fbsa board

FBSA is led by a volunteer Board committed to delivering a safe, fair, and development‑focused baseball and softball experience for Frisco families. The Board oversees league policies, program structure, financial stewardship, and the long‑term vision of the organization.

What the Board Does

  • Sets rules, division formats, and program standards each season
  • Supports coaches and families through League Directors
  • Ensures safety, sportsmanship, and conduct expectations
  • Oversees budgeting, sponsorships, and financial transparency
  • Guides long‑term planning and community partnerships

Who Serves

FBSA’s leadership includes:

  • Executive Officers (President, Vice Presidents, Treasurer, Secretary)
  • League Directors for each age group
  • Operational Directors (Umpires, Communications, Player Development)
  • Operations Manager, a full‑time staff member who manages scheduling, registration, communication, and logistics

Why it Matters

This structure ensures that every family—whether new to the game or returning year after year—experiences a well‑run, consistent, and supportive season. The Board’s work is grounded in FBSA’s Core Values: Player Development, Inclusion, Sportsmanship, and Integrity.
