Who Are We?

Frisco Baseball & Softball Association

Founded in 1984, the Frisco Baseball & Softball Association (FBSA) is a proud 501(c)(3) non‑profit organization serving the families of Frisco, Texas. For more than forty years, FBSA has been built and sustained entirely by volunteers — parents, coaches, board members, and community leaders who give their time to create a safe, welcoming, and development‑focused environment for young athletes.

FBSA operates youth baseball and softball leagues every Spring and Fall season, offering opportunities for players ages 5–18 to learn the game, grow their skills, and experience the joy of team sports. As Frisco has grown, FBSA has evolved with it, modernizing its board structure, strengthening operational committees, and establishing clear volunteer pipelines to ensure long‑term sustainability and transparency.

Today, FBSA supports a tiered program model that provides clearly defined pathways of participation — from foundational recreational play to more advanced competitive experiences. This structure allows families to choose the level of commitment that best fits their goals while ensuring fair access, strong coaching, age‑appropriate development, and a consistent community experience across all programs.
