Primary Rule Set

These FBSA Baseball rules are the primary authority for all league games. When a situation is not covered by FBSA rules, the league defaults to Official Baseball Rules (OBR), unless the FBSA Baseball Rules Committee has approved a modification.

• FBSA Baseball rules are the primary authority for all league games.
• Any situation not addressed in FBSA rules will follow Official Baseball Rules (OBR).
• OBR modifications approved by the FBSA Baseball Rules Committee supersede standard OBR language.
• Coaches and umpires are responsible for applying FBSA rules first, then OBR when needed.
